How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
On weekdays it takes approximately 48 to 72 hours. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. During the months of August and December delivery may take a little longer due to external causes.

Which is the feed with the lowest fat content?
The feed with the lowest fat content among those that we offer is Ayurveda for both cats and dogs.
How can I make the feed transition? Do I have to make a transition if it is from the same brand?
The transition from one feed to another is preferable to do it between 10 and 15 days. During this process you can contact our nutritionist.
To make the transition you have to be constant, most commercial feeds contain glutamate (a highly addictive flavor enhancer) which causes compulsive eating. The change to a natural diet can be challenging depending on the animal’s level of addiction to these chemical flavorings.
Stay encouraged! There is no animal that has not made it.
We recommend Fortiflora Purina (one sachet per day) to help with this process. You can buy the ferals or accumulate them through your purchases and then donate them.
How can I get the ferals?
You can find it on the website, going to “filtered by category” – Donate Feed. There you can find the ferals to buy.
If not, at checkout you will see a section below where you will find the ferals, you can add it to the cart from there.
How can I donate the ferals I accumulate from my purchases?
In “My Account” you will find a section that says “My Ferals”, there you can donate the ferals you have accumulated (you can not make any other purchase if you are going to donate them). Access the cart and click on the Mycred button and without entering any card details the ferals will be donated.
